The platform hopes to provide the bespoke services by leveraging on the integration of the two companies' resources and by using the internet and big data. It is also planning to expand its operations into other areas such as distance education and home furnishings.
Through the online platform, customers will be able to access tourism products, purchase organic fruits and vegetables online, join online training programs for English and the arts and access medical services overseas.
Users can also organize a patient's transfer to an overseas hospital with the help of a professional nurse's aide who can speak Chinese and English.
